What is Naro?
Naro is an AI-powered sales enablement platform that connects deal conversations to the content your team needs to win. It listens to what's actually happening in your pipeline (through your conversation intelligence tools, your CRM, and your content library) and surfaces the right asset at the right moment for every rep.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live in under a week. Naro's integrations are 1-click where possible, and our onboarding team works with you to configure your content library and conversation sources. You won't spend months on implementation.
What integrations does Naro support?
Naro integrates with the tools your team already uses: Gong, Chorus, Zoom, Fireflies, Otter.ai, Google Drive, SharePoint, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and Google Slides, with more being added regularly. All integrations are included in every plan at no extra cost.
Do I need to migrate my content?
No. Naro connects to where your content already lives (Google Drive, SharePoint, and others). There's no migration required and no new system of record to maintain. Your content stays where it is; Naro makes it findable and surfaces it intelligently.
Security & Privacy
Is Naro SOC 2 Type II certified?
Yes. Naro is SOC 2 Type II certified. Our security controls have been independently audited and validated. You can request a copy of our report through our security page or by contacting us directly.
Does Naro use our data to train AI models?
No. Never. Your data is never used to train Naro's models, OpenAI's models, or anyone else's models. Your conversations, content, and deal data remain entirely yours. This is a hard commitment, not a setting to configure.
Where is data stored?
Naro stores data in US-based cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. We apply strict access controls and conduct regular security reviews.
Does Naro train AI models on my data?
No. Your conversations, content, and deal data are never used to train AI models. Your data is yours — we use it only to power your Naro experience.

What modules does Naro include?
Naro is built around three modules: Content (AI-powered content library with suggestions based on email and meeting conversations), Intelligence (AI agent, content creation from buyer conversations, and scheduled automations), and Rooms (shared buyer portals for every deal, coming soon). Starter plans include Content; Growth and Enterprise plans add Intelligence and Rooms.
Does Naro work with our existing CRM?
Yes. Naro integrates with both Salesforce and HubSpot. Deal context from your CRM informs which content gets surfaced to reps, and content engagement data flows back to enrich your pipeline records.
How does Naro suggest content?
Naro analyzes your meeting recordings and email conversations to understand what buyers are asking about. It then matches those signals to your content library and suggests the most relevant assets for reps to share in follow-ups.
Can reps use Naro without being in a deal?
Absolutely. Smart search, content recommendations, and the full library are available at any time. Reps can prep before a meeting, pull content for a follow-up email, or browse the library whenever they need it.

How is Naro priced?
Naro is priced based on team size and the modules you need. We don't publish fixed tiers because every team's sales motion is different. We work with you to scope a plan that fits. Reach out and we'll put together a custom quote.
Is there a free plan?
There is no free plan. We do offer guided evaluations where we work closely with your team to demonstrate Naro in your actual environment, with your content and your integrations. Contact us to start an evaluation.
Are all integrations included in the price?
Yes. Every integration (Gong, Chorus, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Drive, SharePoint, Slack, and more) is included in every plan. You won't encounter an integration paywall.
